Virtual warehouse is a programme by BT that enables easy creation of warehouse scenarios featuring
BT Products Material Handling Trucks.
The virtual warehouse is able to simulate various types of trucks operations based on the design layout
of the warehouse. The design layout is created with information gathered from customers such as
warehouse dimension, racking dimension, types of racking, pallets dimension and load.
Numerous handling scenarios; pallet handling,order picking, unloading lorries, can be viewed in virtual reality.
Once defined, customer’s project can be calculated and a report will be generated. The report comprises
warehouse section, number of pallets achieved, height of racking and rationalisation of trucks needed based on simulation of warehouse operations.
